Refund & Exchange Policy – Maktab Honey

We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

🔄 Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive the returned item, your exchange will be processed within 3 working days, subject to product availability.

Eligibility Requirements

• The honey jar must be unused, unopened, and unaltered.

• The original seal, label, and packaging must be intact.

• Items showing signs of use, tampering, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.

📦 Important: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product has a manufacturing or packaging defect.

🛠️ Exchange for Defective or Damaged Item

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, leakage, or damage during transit, you are eligible for a free exchange.

To request an exchange:

• Take clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

• Keep the product in its original packaging.

• Email the images along with your exchange request to maktabhoney22@gmail.com

• Our team will review the request and provide the return address.

• Send the parcel back using any courier service of your choice.

Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed promptly.

📌 Note

• Free exchanges apply only to products with verified manufacturing or packaging defects.

• For all other exchange or return requests, shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Due to the nature of food products, opened or consumed items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
