Cash On Delivery

Dear Customers,

We would like to remind you that, according to the official Cash on Delivery (COD) guidelines followed by courier companies in Pakistan, parcels cannot be opened before payment. You may inspect your order after completing the payment and receiving the parcel from the courier rider.

If you wish to request a return or exchange, you may do so after delivery by contacting us and sending the product back at your own cost, in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

🚫 Please do not ask the courier rider to open the parcel before payment, as this violates COD rules and cannot be facilitated.
